Nashville Wedding Planners Group April Meeting with Clean Plate Club and The Aero Bar

The Nashville Wedding Planners Group had the privilege of a night out with the fabulous caterer Clean Plate Club and bartending company Aero Bar! We learned a lot on how to work better with them and for them and our clients and thought we’d share with all of you.

Aero Bar

Aero Bar was the very first mobile bar to make their appearance in Nashville. Like Clean Plate Club, they are able to fully customize your experience and bar package based on what you want to include at your event. Whether you want to include the mobile bar or just use their bartending services, they will help you tweak your offerings and help create custom signature cocktail. With a free tasting, you can try different varieties of beer, wine and liquors to offer your guests the best.

Some other fun things they offer are stamped and custom ice, custom logo cocktails, alcohol ordering assistance (for when you just have no idea how much to get), mixers and everything else needed for the service of your drinks. ABC licensed staff will be there throughout your event and can even return your unused alcohol (based on distributor restrictions) so you don’t have to deal with that afterwards. They’re truly a one stop shop for all your boozy needs!

Another great part is that they offer a coffee and espresso bar which can be there all night or brought out at the end to liven everyone up after a long night of drinking! Check them out at www.theaerobar.com!

Clean Plate Club

Clean Plate Club has been in business for 42 years. Now that is impressive! They have truly perfected catering for weddings and events and have figured out how to make it a personal and fun experience for their clients. Clean Plate Club is able to offer a variety of menus to suit many budgets and it does help them to have an overall catering budget when they are figuring out your menu. This way they can dial in and offer the best they have in your price range. If you have food ideas in mind, they’d love to hear them, but they can also come up with something or you if you have no idea where to start. Once you know you want to move forward with them, it’s time for a tasting!

Doing a tasting is the best way to hone in on exactly what flavors you want included in your menu and fine tune it to represent in the food you want at your event. Tastings with them include the couple, one set of parents and the planner in their $400 fee. This fee doesn’t even fully cover all the costs associated but if you officially book them within 48 hours, you can put that tasting cost toward your deposit to book them (with a minimum $5000 food order).
