UNVEILED: What your Nashville Wedding Will Really Cost
Last week, couples and wedding pros came together at The Cordelle for UNVEILED—a beautifully curated evening centered on one mission: pulling back the curtain on what weddings really cost. This wasn’t just a celebration of stunning design and creativity—it was an honest, eye-opening experience designed to help couples understand how to plan a wedding that aligns with their budget and their vision.
Throughout the evening, guests explored three fully styled tablescapes, each designed to reflect a different investment level: Base, Middle, and Top Tier. With rentals by Southern Events Party Rental Company and florals from LMA Designs, Mason & Loretta Floral Design, and Petals and Stem Event Floral Design, these tables showed just how much aesthetic and experience can shift depending on where you allocate your budget.
The base tier table came in at just over $21 per place setting and $169 per table of eight, with a centerpiece priced at $85. It was a minimalist yet elegant design, offering simplicity without sacrificing beauty.
The middle tier brought in more layers, color, and upgraded textures, totaling around $53 per place setting and $424 per table, featuring a $225 floral centerpiece.
At the top tier, this table, designed for six guests, totaled $132 per place setting and $792.70 per table, complete with a lush $500 floral centerpiece. Seeing these tiers side by side gave couples a rare, tangible way to understand how design choices directly impact overall cost.
Of course, a great event wouldn’t be complete without great food and drinks. Guests sipped custom cocktails crafted by Saint Elle Mobile Bar Experience and sampled savory bites from Studded Onion, the latest food concept by Rambler Events. Later in the evening, desserts were served by a trio of local favorites. Publix offered classic slices at just $1.30 each, The Cupcake Collection brought gourmet cupcakes at $3.75 apiece, and Donut Distillery served up fun, elevated treats priced at $4.00 per guest.
Between bites and conversations, guests captured the moment in a playful and stylish photo booth from InstaBurst Photos, while Signature Transportation showcased one of their Mercedes sprinter vans that can seamless transport guests to and from your wedding with ease.
UNVEILED wasn’t just about showing off what’s possible—it was about education. For so many couples, wedding budgeting feels like a guessing game. This event provided clarity, context, and confidence. It helped couples not only see how far their money can go, but also prioritize what matters most to them in the planning process.
Thank you to every couple, every vendor, and every guest who joined us for this one-of-a-kind experience. We can’t wait to do it again.
