Happy Friday! Today we are featuring The Venue Store. Don't know what The Venue Store is, we asked owner Lindsey Monger about her company. What is The Venue Store?

The Venue Store is a local private event booking and coordinating company. Our FREE event booking, or venue scouting, service matches clients with top-notch venues in the Nashville area. We pride ourselves on great customer service and our close relationships with our preferred venues and their staff. As Event Coordinator, we ensure that your event is flawless. Since we offer month-of and week-of coordination, our prices are very reasonable and fit easily into any bride’s budget.

Explain your services

The Venue Store offers 2 different services. First, we offer venue scouting. Clients can contact us with any event details they may know (date, budget, guest count, style, etc.). We will then research venues around town that may meet their criteria. We will then present a short list of only the best matches. The client can then decide which venue they'd like to use for their event. This is a free service to my clients since the venues compensate me for the referral. We book all types of events from engagement parties to receptions and rehearsal dinners.

Explain your process of working with a bride

Since Lindsey's background is in event and wedding planning, and coordinating is the best part, we also offer month-of and week-of event coordination. Since we aren't offering full service planning at this time our prices are very affordable. Our ideal bride has planned her entire wedding, but wants a professional to come in and make sure all of her plans fall into place perfectly.

What are all the different ways planners can use your services?

I love developing relationships with other Nashville planners in case they have a bride that can't afford their full service or don't have a date available for a bride. They can then pass them along to The Venue Store. If they book with me, the referring planner will receive a $25 Visa gift card!
