What type of rentals do you offer?

Classic is a one-stop shop for weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers, corporate parties, etc. We are a part of the nation’s leading full service event rental company offering a large assortment of chairs, tables, linens, china, chargers, flatware, etc. In addition to these offerings, we can provide kitchen equipment for the caterer, bars for the bartender, and staging and dance floors for the band/ DJ and guests. We also have all of the functional table accessories you will need from pitchers and beverage dispensers to trays, cake stands and bread baskets. And last but not least, Classic can provide a tent for any occasion. We have framed, structured and pole tents available. Whether you are seating 10 guests or 1,000 guests, we have a tent that can accommodate any of your party needs.

Explain the process of working with a bride on rentals.

We love being a part of that special day. With that said, we understand that every bride is unique- as is her wedding day. We want all of our brides to know how special they are to us. Our favorite part of the rental process is meeting with the planners and brides for the first time. We love to have everyone out to the showroom to gain that visual idea of how we will be able to achieve the exact look that the bride is wanting.

We also enjoy the site visit with the event venue. It helps to meet with the venue’s sales director as well as the caterer, cake company and florist. Whether we are constructing a tent or providing only tables and chairs, this meeting will help the vendors to conceptualize where they will be on the day of the event. The planning process may vary from client to client but at Classic, we are always available and will tailor our service to your needs.

What sets your company apart from other rental companies?

We are fortunate to be a part of the nation’s leading full service event rental company. With over 30 locations nationwide, our inventory volume is second to none. We have weekly deliveries from our sister stores in the Southeast which triples the amount of items we currently have in-stock. We are also fortunate to be the only rental company that offers the Chameleon Chair Line. These chairs and barstools are exquisite and will create a very elegant look for any soiree.

What are some trends you are seeing at ceremonies/receptions?

Nashville is such a unique city and we have been very fortunate to be a part of so many weddings that vary in both color and style. Shabby chic tends to be a bride favorite in TN. We love using our mason jars and burlap linens with this style. We also work with a lot of brides that lean toward elegant and traditional. Our classic china and bold chargers paired with some stylish Chiavari chairs always compliment these looks.

There is one color trend worth mentioning which is gold. For 2013, we have had multiple requests for gold Chameleon and Chiavari chairs in addition to gold banded china and chargers.

What are you favorite venues to work with?

All of them! It’s too difficult to narrow them down. We are very blessed to work with local farms, university venues, older industrial buildings, historic mansions, country clubs, etc. And we can travel as well. We have worked with some amazing wedding and event venues in TN, AL, KY and GA.
